           11.3         SHOULD HAPYFACE BE UNABLE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT BY FORCE MAJEURE OR BY ACT OF GOD AS DEFINED BY FRENCH LAW, THEN ANYTIME SCALE FOR DELIVERY SHALL BE EXTENDED UNTIL SUCH A TIME THAT DELIVERY IS POSSIBLE. WE SHALL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THE DIFFICULTY. AFTER EIGHT WEEKS, EACH PART SHELL BE ENTITLED TO RENOUNCE THE CONTRACT WITHOUT HAVING THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY COMPENSATION.

 

           11.4         PROPERTY IS TRANSFERRED WHEN THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER OR WHEN THE CUSTOMER COLLECTS THE ITEMS FROM A COURIER.

 

ARTICLE 12

 

          12.1     UNAVAILABILITY OF ORDERED ITEM

IF EXCEPTIONALLY, THE ORDERED ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM OR AN IMMEDIATE REFUND BUT IN ANY EVENT, A REFUND SHALL BE EFFECTED WITHIN 30DAYS.

 

ARTICLE 13 QUANTITY AND QUALITY

 

13.1 THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE DELIVERED ITEM SHALL BE AS PER THE ORDER. 13.2 HAPYFACE GUARANTEES THAT ALL ITS PRODUCTS ARE NEW ARE NOT PRE-USED OR PRE-OWNED AND DO NOT HAVE ANY LATENT DEFECTS.

15.2 THE REFUND REQUESTS SHALL BE VIA THE HAPYFACE WEBSITE OR BY A FORMAL LETTER NO LATTER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY WHEREUPON THE REFUNDS WILL BE EFFECTED AFTER THE RETURNED ITEMS HAVE BEEN CHECKED.

ONLY AFTER HAPYFACE IS SATISFIED THA THE GOODS ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL AND SATISFACTORY STATE WILL HAPYFACE REIMBURSE THE PAYMENTS MADE BY THE CLIENT SAVE FOR THE COSTS OF SENDING THE ITEMS, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR NOT IN A SATISFACTORY CONDITION. THE CLIENT RETAINS

PROPERTY, MAY COLLECT THE ITEMS FROM HAPYFACE UP TO, AND LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH.

 

ARTICLE 17

 

WE MAY SHARE YOUR DETAILS WITH OTHER THIRD PARTIES OR PARTNERS. PLEASE WRITE TO US IF YOU DO NOT WISH US TO DO SO.

 

ARTICLE 18 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
